IWC OCEAN 500 Ref. 3502 Early

The Ocean 500 was produced in several versions from the early to later periods, differing mainly in dial markings and bracelet design. This is an early example from the first generation, of which the fewest are still known to exist. (Early models use a single-lock clasp, while later models use a pin system.) Many examples have had their bracelets replaced with newer versions during manufacturer Overhauls, making this a niche but notably rare example. It is one of the earliest models with “PD” clearly printed on the dial. With a 33 mm case, it offers an exceptionally balanced size. The titanium case and titanium bracelet make it very lightweight and comfortable to wear. The bezel features unidirectional rotation prevention, and the tritium lume provides excellent practicality. ## Condition and Warranty The dial, hands, crystal, and other components show no particularly noticeable scratches or scuffs. The bezel, case, and bracelet have only minor scratches and are in beautiful condition considering they remain unpolished. (The titanium has not been polished.) All components are original to the period, and the watch appears to be in good overall condition.
