Tax-free shopping is available at our Ginza store for eligible international visitors.

Japan’s tax-free shopping system will change to a refund-based system from November 1, 2026. Tax-free shopping will continue to be available for eligible visitors, but the process will change.

Until October 31, 2026
Under the current system, eligible international visitors can purchase qualifying items tax-free by presenting their passport at the time of purchase.

From November 1, 2026
Under the new refund-based system, eligible visitors will pay the tax-inclusive price at the time of purchase.

To receive the tax exemption, the purchased goods must be confirmed by Japan Customs when departing Japan within 90 days of the purchase date. After customs confirmation, an amount equivalent to the consumption tax will be refunded.

We offer insured international shipping for customers who wish to have their watch delivered outside Japan.

International shipping is available for a flat fee of ¥38,000, including shipping and insurance.

Import duties, taxes, and other charges that may apply in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Certain materials, including crocodile and other restricted exotic leathers, cannot be shipped internationally. When possible, we can replace the strap with a calf leather strap before shipping.
