Cartier Vendôme Factory-Set Diamonds LM Manual Wind Ref. 78090
This is a rare Vendôme model from the Louis Cartier collection, featuring a SWISS Dial and Factory-Set Diamonds.
As expected from Cartier, the diamonds are of high quality, and the diamond setting on the case is exceptionally beautiful. (The Factory-Set Diamonds have been verified by Cartier.)
Although it features diamonds, it can be worn tastefully with a classic look.
It also comes with the original Cartier 18K Yellow Gold Buckle from the period.
The Ref. 78090 presented here is an exceptionally rare Vendôme Large Yellow Gold Manual-Winding model with Factory-Set Diamonds.
This is a highly collectible Vendôme men's Large model with the rare feature of Factory-Set Diamonds. Among Vendôme models, those with Factory-Set Diamonds were produced in very limited numbers, making them exceptionally scarce. This is also a particularly rare piece within the Louis Cartier collection. Although it is a Large model, its proportions make it suitable for both men and women, and it is recommended for women as well as men.

Condition and Warranty
The case is in very good overall condition, with only light hairline scratches and few significant dents or marks.
The case has been polished minimally and does not appear thin. The engraving on the case back has become faint, but the Serial Number and other markings remain clear, and there are relatively few scratches.
The crystal is original and has very few scratches.
The dial is an exceptionally beautiful white dial with no noticeable staining.
There is very fine overall crazing visible under close inspection with a loupe, but it is almost invisible to the naked eye from a distance. It can only just be seen under certain lighting conditions. (As it is difficult to capture in photographs, please contact us if you would like a detailed video.)
The hands are beautiful blue steel with no discoloration.
The diamonds are exceptionally beautiful and free of scratches.
The buckle is a period-original Cartier 18K Buckle.
The original Strap is fitted; it shows some signs of use but remains in good condition.
