This is a simple two-hand model powered by Cal. K2002/1A from the “Big Three” brand Audemars Piguet.

This rare model features a design by Gérald Genta and is equipped with the thin Cal. K2002/1A movement.
Although it measures 33 mm, its substantial thickness and tonneau-shaped case give it a larger, more commanding presence.
It has a rare, sports-luxury character for a vintage AP watch.
Cal. K2002/1A is also an exceptionally rare movement based on a LeCoultre caliber, produced in very limited numbers.
This Genta-designed model was produced with several Dial variations, but this is the most understated version, with a silver hairline finish.
As a Manual-Winding model, it features a three-piece case construction and a special crystal, achieving both beautifully flowing lines and water resistance—an unusually refined construction for its era.

The hands and crystal are also clean, with very few signs of dirt or scratches.
This watch is in exceptionally good overall condition.
