The Ceinture integrates the crown guard into the case design, creating a unified form. By deliberately placing the crown inside the case so as not to compromise the design, it achieves an especially appealing aesthetic. Although this model was produced in the 1970s, its octagonal case still feels contemporary, making it a favorite among enthusiasts.
The word “PARIS” is printed at 6 o'clock on the dial. Replacing the dial would result in a “SWISS” marking, which is why examples retaining the original PARIS marking are highly sought after. Good-condition examples are scarce, making this a particularly rare piece.
