Introducing the Santos Galbée LM Ref. 1566 quartz model with a leather strap.
Although the Santos Galbée is strongly associated with bracelet models, this version features a Leather Strap.
This is the LM-size quartz type.
Ref. 1566 is the same Reference used for other Santos Galbée bracelet and leather types, of which only a small number of leather models were produced.
Because this model was sold with a Leather Strap from the time of its original sale, it does not include a bracelet.
The leather makes it lightweight and easy to wear formally, while the quartz movement makes it convenient for everyday use.
Since it can be fitted with an aftermarket Strap rather than only a genuine Cartier strap, it also offers excellent value.

The case is in excellent overall condition, with very few significant scratches.
The case edges remain well defined.
The case back retains its Serial Number and is exceptionally clean.
There are no scratches on the crystal or dial.
The Buckle is a genuine Cartier gold-plated model, and the Strap is an aftermarket crocodile leather Strap.
