Introducing the Santos Galbée LM Ref.1566 quartz model with a Leather Strap.
The Santos Galbée is strongly associated with bracelet models, but this example features a Leather Strap.
It is the LM-size quartz model.
Ref.1566 was a shared Reference for both the Santos Galbée bracelet and leather versions, with only a small number produced with leather Straps.
Because this example was sold with this Leather Strap configuration from the time of its original sale, it is a model that does not come with a bracelet.
The Leather Strap makes it lightweight and easy to wear formally, while the quartz movement allows for effortless everyday use.
Because it can also accommodate an aftermarket Strap rather than only a genuine Cartier Strap, it offers excellent value.

The case is in very good overall condition, with few significant scratches.
The case edges remain well defined.
The caseback retains its Serial Number and is exceptionally clean.
The crystal, dial, and other components are free of scratches.
The Buckle is a genuine Cartier gold-plated Buckle, and the Strap is an aftermarket crocodile Strap.
