This is a rare model from the Louis Cartier collection, featuring a Vendôme PARIS Dial and Factory-Set Diamonds.
The Ref. 78090 presented here is an exceptionally rare Vendôme Large Yellow Gold model with a Paris Dial, Manual-Winding movement, and Factory-Set Diamonds.
This men's Vendôme Large model combines several highly sought-after features: exceptionally rare Factory-Set Diamonds and a PARIS Dial.
Very few Vendôme models with Factory-Set Diamonds were produced, and only a limited number are believed to have been made.
It is an especially rare piece within the Louis Cartier collection. Although it is a Large model, its proportions make it suitable for both men and women, and it is recommended for women as well as men.
As expected from Cartier, the diamonds are of excellent quality, and the cut of the diamond setting on the case is exceptionally beautiful. (The Factory-Set Diamonds have been verified by Cartier.)
Although it is a diamond-set watch, it can be worn with classic, understated elegance.
It is fitted with a Cartier-original 18K Yellow Gold Deployant Buckle from the period.

Condition and Warranty
The case has only light hairline scratches and is in excellent overall condition, with few significant dents or scratches.
The case has received only minimal polishing and does not appear overly worn, and the caseback has very few scratches.
The original crystal also has very few scratches.
The dial is free of dirt, but has aged to a light ivory tone rather than white. There are fine cracks across the dial to the extent visible, though they are not particularly noticeable from a distance. They are visible mainly under certain lighting. (They are difficult to capture in photographs, so please contact us if you would like a video for a closer look.)
The hands are clean blue steel with no discoloration.
The diamonds are exceptionally clean and free of scratches.
The Buckle is a period-correct Cartier-original 18K Deployant Buckle, and the Strap is a custom Strap made by our shop.
