Cartier Vendome Original Diamond LM PARIS Manual Winding D-buckle

The Ref. 78090 we are introducing this time is a very rare item: a Vendôme LM YG with a Paris dial, manual winding, and genuine diamonds.

This is a highly rare piece, as it is a men's Vendôme LM model with genuine diamonds and a PARIS dial, which are extremely uncommon elements.
Among Vendôme models, those with genuine diamonds were produced in very limited numbers, and it is believed that only a restricted quantity were ever made.
While this is a particularly rare item within the Louis Cartier Collection, its LM size makes it suitable for both men and women, so it is recommended not only for men but also for women.

The quality of the diamonds is high, as expected from Cartier, and the diamond setting and cut on the case are also very beautiful. (The authenticity of the diamonds has been confirmed by Cartier.)
Although it is a diamond watch, it can be worn elegantly and classically.

Furthermore, it is fitted with a genuine Cartier 18K yellow gold D-buckle from that era.

The case is in excellent condition overall, with only minor scratches and no major dents or damage.
The case has been polished minimally, so it does not appear "thin," and there are very few scratches on the case back.

The glass is original and has very few scratches.
The dial has no stains, but due to age, it has a faint ivory hue rather than white. There are thin cracks visible across the entire dial, but they are not very noticeable from a distance. The hands are beautiful blued steel with no discoloration.
The diamonds are very clean with no scratches.

The buckle is a genuine Cartier 18K D-buckle from that period, and the strap is our custom-made strap.
