BOVET Fleurier Exhibition Caseback D800.1

Presented here is the Fleurier D800.1 by the prestigious haute horlogerie manufacture BOVET.

This exceptional piece features superb engraving on the visible movement beneath the case back, while the rotor is decorated with enamel and pearls.
The highly delicate and intricate engraving appears to have been inspired by the arabesque motifs used on BOVET's early pocket watches.
The unusual arrangement and shapes of the bridges also reveal the time and craftsmanship invested by the artisan in creating this movement.
It is an exceptional piece for anyone who appreciates watch movements.

This BOVET dates to around 2000. Although details are unknown, it appears to be a limited, commissioned, or otherwise small-production model.

BOVET is not widely known in Japan, but it is a globally recognized luxury brand.
Known as a manufacture, the brand limits annual production to 800 watches, with one-third made to order. Its regular collection ranges from approximately ¥4 million to ¥60 million, while fully bespoke pieces can command virtually unlimited prices.

The watch features a beautiful white enamel dial and a case set with high-quality diamonds.
The initials of the client who commissioned it are inscribed on the dial.

The movement is a manufacture caliber developed and produced in-house by BOVET.
With a case reminiscent of a pocket watch and a movement, exterior, and interior that evoke the aristocratic atmosphere of the pocket-watch era, this is an exceptionally high-level timepiece throughout.
