The Must series was introduced by Cartier in the 1970s. It is one of the most iconic masterpieces that made Cartier watches famous.
This black Roman dial LM was available only in the original Manual-Winding models at launch. Unlike the ivory dial, which was also available in quartz versions, it is relatively rare and has a particularly appealing presence.
Unlike the standard Must models, it features a distinctive black enamel dial with silver Roman indexes. The combination of a black-and-silver Manual-Winding Tank is unique to this model.
It is powered by Cal. 78-1, also used in the high-end Louis Cartier and Tank collections, making it a serious mechanical watch despite being a Must.

## Condition and Warranty
There is a faint crack on the dial that is difficult to see with the naked eye. Given the watch’s age and the nature of the material, such cracks are relatively common, but it remains in comparatively clean condition, with the crack barely noticeable when worn.
