We are pleased to introduce the Louis Cartier Collection’s thin model equipped with Cal. 21: the Tortue Large Extra-Flat, Ref. 96069.
The Tortue attracted considerable attention when Cartier announced it as a new model in 2024.
Within the Louis Cartier Collection, the Tortue is available in both thin and non-thin versions; this is the rarer thin model.
It is the Large model equipped with the Frederic Piguet thin Manual-Winding Cal. 21 movement.
This example features a PARIS Dial in exceptionally good condition, with no cracks.
The combination of a period PARIS Dial, thin Manual-Winding movement, and solid-gold construction makes this a model that is expected to attract even more attention.
It is fitted with a genuine Cartier GP Buckle.

The case is in exceptionally good overall condition, with almost no dents or scratches.
The caseback also has almost no scratches, and the engravings have not faded. It is exceptionally clean.
The crystal has almost no scratches, and the hands show no discoloration.
The period PARIS Dial has no discoloration and is in beautiful condition.
There are no cracks at all, and the dial is exceptionally clean, with almost no dirt.
Overall, this is an extremely well-preserved example.
