The Automatic Santos Galbée was produced from the 1970s through the 1980s. Among them, the Godron bracelet made only during the early production period, especially the silver-colored stainless-steel version, was produced in extremely limited numbers and is rarely seen on the market. The case, bracelet, and dial are all in exceptionally good condition, making this a particularly rare example. The design features a three-dimensional detail at the central connection, conveying the luxurious sports-watch aesthetic of its era—something rarely seen today. Although the case measures 29 mm, it is a period men's size that can also be enjoyed as part of an accessory or fashion ensemble. With both a date and a seconds hand, it is one of the Cartier collections that is easy to wear every day.
