Cartier Tank Louis LM PARISDial Ref. 78086 No Dial Cracks

We will notify you by email when this watch, the same model, or a related model becomes available.

The Tank Louis Cartier, the classic expression of the Tank series.

This is a highly rare 1970s–1980s Cartier Tank Louis LM with a Paris Dial and Manual-Winding movement.
Its rarity is enhanced by its men's LM size, Manual-Winding movement, original PARIS Dial from the period with no cracks, and exceptionally clean case condition.
Examples combining an original Paris Dial with a case in such good condition have become increasingly scarce in recent years, making this a particularly rare piece.
It is an early example of the 1970s–1980s Tank Louis.

It is fitted with a Cartier original 18K Buckle.

Condition and Warranty

The case has some minor scratches, but relatively few significant dents or marks overall and remains in good condition.
It can be described as exceptionally clean.
There is virtually no sense of thinning or rounding to the case shape, and it remains in lightly polished condition. The gold hallmark engraving on the side is also sharply defined.

The caseback has some minor scratches, but the Serial Number engraving remains clearly defined and clean.
The crystal has some minor scratches and slight chips, but is in excellent overall condition.

The dial is an exceptionally clean original PARIS Dial from the period, with no cracks.
It has taken on a slightly ivory tone, but shows little discoloration and can still be considered a white dial.
There is some minor soiling, but it is barely noticeable.
There are no cracks, but a faint linear scratch extends from the E in CARTIER toward 10 o'clock.
It is only visible upon close inspection under certain lighting. (We identify it as a very faint scratch rather than a crack.)
It is difficult to capture in photographs, but a video can be provided upon request.
This is a rare example with a PARIS Dial in exceptionally good condition.

The case, dial, and all other aspects of this example are in excellent condition.
