The Tank Louis Cartier, a classic in the Tank series.
This is a rare 1980s Cartier Tank Louis LM Paris dial, hand-wound watch.
It is a rare item with a men's size LM and hand-wound movement, an original PARIS dial from that period without cracks, and a case in remarkably good condition.
In recent years, it has become quite rare to find an individual piece with both an original Paris dial and a case in such good condition.
It is a piece from the early to mid-period as a 1970s Tank Louis.
Furthermore, it comes with a certificate of permanent repair guarantee, which is almost never found with other pieces. This is extremely rare.
The condition is generally good with minor scratches on the case, but few major dents or scratches.
It can be described as quite beautiful.
There is almost no thinning of the case or rounding of its shape, and it appears to have undergone only a light polish. The gold hallmarks on the side are also clearly visible.
The case back also has minor scratches, but the engravings are clear and in good condition.
The glass has some minor scratches and slight chips, but overall it is in very good condition.
The dial is the original PARIS dial from that period, in very good condition with no cracks.
Discoloration is minimal, to the point where it can be considered a white dial.
There are some minor smudges, but they are barely noticeable.
