The Stepped Tank, a rare model even among vintage Cartier watches

This model was produced in small quantities in New York, Paris, and London around 1970 (approximately between 1973 and 1976).

There were subtle design differences depending on the region. This is a Paris or London model with a push-back case with no screws on the case back. Since they are from the same European region, the Paris and London models are so similar that it is difficult to distinguish them. This model was sold in either Paris or London.

Only 5,000 units were produced in each region at the time, making them extremely rare.

Cartier watches with such large case sizes were produced and distributed in small numbers, and the all-gold models have become quite expensive. This one has a Vermeil case and a standard white dial.

The overall condition is believed to be very good. The case is in good condition with only minor scratches and no dents. The plating also remains in its original condition.
