Ref. 78090, the “Vendôme Louis Cartier,” released in the 1970s as part of the Louis Cartier collection.
This is also a model with the popular Paris dial and gold hands, a feature found only on early production lots. (The lot number is in the 400s.)
Of course, this is an early Paris dial without the secret signature.
Although these are rather collector-oriented distinctions, this is unquestionably a rare piece.

Condition and Warranty
Overall, the watch can be described as being in good condition.
The case has only light minor scratches overall, with no major dents. It is exceptionally clean.
The caseback has some fine scratches and slight dents, but is exceptionally clean. (The mark near the crown that may look like a dent is an engraving.)
The case is clean on both sides and has been almost entirely unpolished.
The crystal has almost no scratches.
The dial is the original Paris dial from the period.
There are no scratches, dirt, or discoloration, but fine cracks are present across the dial.
They are not visible in photographs, but faint cracks can be seen across the dial depending on the angle of the light. As this is a rare Paris dial, it has been left as is. (Because they are difficult to see, we can also send you a video upon request.)
The hands are in good condition, with no visible dirt or other marks.
Overall, the watch appears to be in excellent condition.
