1970s Cartier Tank Allongée LM Extra-Flat PARIS ref. 32 cal. 21, officially serviced

This is a Tank Allongée from the 1970s, before it was reissued as part of the Louis Cartier Collection. In Japan, this model is sometimes referred to as the Tank Ellipse.

This watch underwent a complete service at Cartier Switzerland, where the movement was overhauled. The dial and hands were also restored by Cartier, completely restoring the PARIS dial to its original materials and texture. (This is not a common dial replacement; there are no cracks.)

The movement is a Frédéric Piguet Cal. 21, an ultra-thin LM type. The dial's ambiance and case engravings evoke the 1970s. This is a rare piece in very good condition.

The case is in good condition overall, with few dents or scratches. The case back has almost no scratches, and the engravings are not faded. It is very clean. The crystal also has almost no scratches.

The dial and hands have been restored by Cartier and are very clean. They have been completely restored to their original texture, so the dial's color, material, and printed logo are preserved. Of course, it is a Paris dial with no cracks or scratches.

It comes with a genuine Cartier D-buckle from that period. The strap is a custom order from our store.
