CORUM Golden Bridge men's Created in 1980 by watchmaker Vincent Calabrese, Corum's Golden Bridge quickly made the brand famous for its distinctive construction, with the movement's gear train arranged in a straight line so that the beautiful movement can be admired. Unlike current models, early examples feature a crown on the case back, giving the vintage models a more cohesive and beautiful design. The cut glass is also particularly beautiful and artistic on these early examples. Golden Bridge models of this size and in such good vintage condition have become quite rare. While there are many skeleton models, this one can truly be called a work of art. Winding and time adjustment are performed using the crown on the back. Pull out the crown with your fingernail to wind the watch; pulling it out one further step allows you to set the time. Surprisingly, the winding mechanism is very smooth and easy to use. The Buckle is a genuine Corum 18K piece, while the Strap is aftermarket.
