Due to its recent feature in HODINKEE, vintage Boucheron is currently a highly sought-after item.
We are pleased to introduce a rare Boucheron Carré manual-wind.
This is a special Carré with Clous de Paris engraving on the bezel and dial.
It features a patented clasp system, still in use today, which allows the band to be attached and detached by sliding, a unique feature for its time.
The advantages of this system are the ease of putting on and taking off the watch, and the excellent wearing comfort due to the clasp not being around the wrist.
The original glass and the absence of significant scratches or dents on the dial and case's Clous de Paris are excellent points.
The case has minor scratches but no major dents.
It is generally unpolished, but the condition of the case is quite good considering its age.
The case back has minor scratches, but the engravings and text are clear. It has been left as is to maintain its originality.
The dial, hands, etc., have some scratches and light stains, but they are considered quite clean given their age.
The glass also has some light minor scratches but is generally quite clean.
There are no other particularly noticeable areas, and it has not been polished to maintain its original condition.
Considering its age, the overall condition is good.
The band is an original band created by our store.
The size is 18cm, but if it doesn't fit, we can custom-order a size. (Since the clasp attachment/detachment is special, we recommend a size at least 0.5cm larger than usual.)
