Having been featured by HODINKEE in recent years, vintage Boucheron watches are currently attracting considerable attention.
We are pleased to introduce this rare Boucheron Carré Manual-Winding watch.
It is also fitted with a distinctive original Buckle in an unusual shape, creating a striking impression.
This is a special model featuring a rare material—genuine tortoiseshell—on the dial.
It may resemble wood grain, but it is genuine tortoiseshell. Its characteristic luster and beautiful pattern are truly captivating.
Although it does not feature the slide-off clasp system commonly seen in watches from this Era, its defining feature is the tortoiseshell dial.
The bezel features a Clous de Paris pattern, while the crown is designed to sit within the case so that it is not visible from the front. These details demonstrate the watch’s careful design.
This is an exceptionally chic and rare timepiece.

Condition and Warranty
The case has some minor scratches but no major dents.
There appears to be virtually no chipping on the bezel.
Although unpolished, the case is remarkably clean considering its Era.
The caseback has some minor scratches, but the engravings and lettering remain crisp. It has been left untouched to preserve its originality.
The dial and hands have some scratches and light staining, but are remarkably clean considering their Era.
The crystal has some light scratches but is clean overall.
There are no other particularly noticeable issues, and the watch has not been polished in order to preserve its original condition.
Overall, it is in good condition considering its Era.
The Strap is aftermarket.
The Buckle is unusual, with a very large pin, so it may initially be difficult to pass through the holes. (If requested, we can enlarge the holes; please let us know.)
If the size is not suitable, we can order a replacement in a different material.
This watch will be delivered after an overhaul (estimated completion time: three to four weeks).
