Its distinctive octagonal form features a design with angular edges set against a rounded shape, creating a look unique to the Octagon.

A notable feature is that it received a complete Cartier service in November 2024. (This particular watch was able to receive the complete service free of charge using its Permanent Warranty Certificate.)
Like the Santos Galbée, the Santos Octagon is equipped with an Automatic movement, while featuring the octagonal case shape, an uncommon form for Cartier.

Condition and Warranty
This watch received a complete Cartier service in November 2024.As this is a vintage watch, there are minor scratches throughout the case and bracelet, but polishing has been kept to a minimum to preserve its period character.
The case and bracelet have some minor scratches, but are in good overall condition, with few major dents or scratches.
The bracelet has almost no sagging or stretch and is in excellent condition, suitable for everyday wear.
The crystal is clean, with no particularly noticeable scratches.
The dial was replaced with a new one during the complete service in November 2024, so it has no cracks or dirt whatsoever. It appears to be in exceptionally beautiful condition.
This is an exceptionally well-preserved piece.
