Rare Cartier Tank Louis XL PARIS JUMBO Ref. 17002 PARIS Dial Automatic AT Officially Serviced

This is a rare automatic model within the Louis Cartier collection, known as Jumbo or XL.
The Ref. 17002 featured here, as its "Jumbo" name suggests, is a size larger than the 24mm LM model.
There are roughly two types of automatic Jumbo models, and this one is the largest at 28mm.
A distinctive feature is its thick case, with a bulging case back designed to accommodate the thick movement with its rotor. This thick case is very characteristic.
This size and thickness are particularly rare for a Louis Cartier.
This 17002 is scarce in circulation, and I believe many people are looking for it.
This one has a replaced PARIS dial.
Typically, after replacement, the dial becomes a "Swiss Made" dial, but this one unusually has a PARIS dial.
Also, it is noteworthy that it lacks the secret signature (at 7 o'clock) that is usually present after replacement.
I imagine that since it was originally a dial without a secret signature from a serial number close to the initial batch, it was replaced with one that also lacked the signature. I believe this is a very rare case.
The watch received a complete service at Cartier in January 2025, and comes with a 24-month manufacturer's warranty, so you can use it with peace of mind.
The case condition is generally very good, with few major dents or scratches.
There is no sign of a worn case or rounded shape. The gold engraving on the side also remains.
Although it received a light polish from Cartier, the case condition is excellent.
The crystal is original and has been replaced with a new one.
The dial is a PARIS dial and is a very beautiful white. There are no cracks or scratches whatsoever.
Although it's a new dial, it doesn't have an overly strong white tone and gives a subdued impression. Also, a replaced dial is less prone to cracking, and since it's a PARIS dial, it's recommended.
Furthermore, the absence of a secret signature is also quite rare.
The hands are also very clean, and the overall condition of this piece is excellent.
The buckle is an original Cartier 18k D-buckle from that era.
