Released in 1993 as the world’s first multi-station radio-controlled watch, the CITIZEN 7400 is a rare model limited to 4,300 pieces worldwide (4,000 for Europe and 300 for Japan).
The right dial displays the time and 24-hour indication, the upper-left dial serves as the calendar, and the lower-right dial switches between reception modes. It featured a groundbreaking mechanism for its time that could automatically receive radio signals from Central Europe (Germany), the United Kingdom, and Japan. The central coil and specially curved crystal are particularly distinctive. It also features a GMT function and is registered in the National Museum of Nature and Science’s Future Technology Heritage collection.
We confirmed reception by forcing reception of the Japanese signal in the Hokuriku region, but reception has not been tested in other regions or in Germany or the United Kingdom. Due to its construction, the calendar and seconds hands may become misaligned, so we recommend using it primarily for appreciation rather than practical timekeeping. A copy of the English-language Citizen manual is included.

Condition and Warranty
The case and bracelet have few major impact marks or dents and are in good overall condition. The dial and hands show almost no noticeable discoloration or dirt. The crystal has only light minor scratches, with no large visible scratches or chips along the edge.
The bezel has minor scratches but no major peeling. The bracelet has little sag and can be worn on wrists up to approximately 17.8 cm. Radio reception and Quartz operation have been confirmed at present; however, please review the precautions above regarding reception regions and possible hand misalignment.
