This is a Santos Octagon LM with a mid-period bracelet, not a gadroon bracelet. The Santos Octagon features an automatic movement similar to the Santos Galbée and an octagon case, a rare shape for Cartier. Recently, it has seen renewed appreciation and is a highly sought-after item. It is highly recommended for those who prefer luxury sports watches. Due to its vintage nature, the case and bracelet both have minor scratches, but polishing has been kept to a minimum to preserve its original character. Despite the minor scratches, the case and bracelet are in good condition with no major dents or damage. There is almost no sagging or stretching of the bracelet, indicating excellent condition suitable for daily use. The crystal is also clean with no noticeable scratches. The dial is clean with almost no discoloration, dirt, or scratches. Although very difficult to see, there are a few faint cracks near the 12 o'clock to 2 o'clock position, but they are only visible under certain lighting conditions and close inspection. The dial is also considered to be in very clean condition.
