Introducing a rare opal mosaic dial by Universal Genève, famous for developing micro-rotors and other innovations.
This 18k model features Universal Genève's iconic micro-rotor.
The Golden Shadow was the highest-grade model in the 'Shadow' series, which was developed concurrently with the Polerouter series.
Compared to the Polerouter, it has a chic, dressy design, but only Universal could achieve such thinness in an automatic watch by incorporating a micro-rotor.
A key feature of this watch is its now-rare mosaic opal dial.
It is a special dial whose hues and expressions change depending on the viewing angle.
It is a rare dial that is not often used.
