Hublot continues to be highly popular and frequently featured in magazines.
This particular Hublot model from the 1980s, marked "MDM" on the dial, was one of the earliest models sold by Hublot.
Based on models from this era, Hublot released a limited-edition reissue in 2020, and in 2023, it was re-released as part of the permanent lineup under the name "Classic Fusion Original."
This is a deadstock item with genuine diamonds.
Its 36mm size is relatively large for a vintage piece, closely matching the 38mm of current models.
The diamond setting is understated and elegant, making it suitable for everyday wear.
Although it's a quartz watch, its slimness and ease of use, typical of quartz movements, are well-suited to this timepiece.
Vintage models often use more gold (especially for the bezel and buckle) than current models, which substitute ceramic in some areas to cut costs; however, this piece features a luxurious amount of gold.
It is almost deadstock, in remarkably clean condition with virtually no signs of use. The band is full-size at 18cm (can be shortened), and it comes with its original box and instructions.
Regarding its condition, the case has only minor scratches and no significant dents or damage. It is in beautiful condition.
There are no scratches or chips on the diamonds.
The dial is also relatively clean with few scratches or dirt. The hands show slight scuffing.
The crystal is pristine with no scratches.
The D-buckle is the original 18k, and the band is original with no cracks, measuring 18cm, close to full size.
The band size is 18cm. If the size is not suitable, a separate order from Hublot will be necessary.
We can cut it to shorten the size.
