This is an automatic Santos model that was produced from the 1970s to the 1980s.
The gadroon bracelet, which has become popular among enthusiasts in recent years,

This item underwent a complete service at Cartier, including a dial replacement, crown replacement, case screw replacement, and a complete service, incurring significant repair costs.

The exterior has some minor scratches, but it has been finished with a light polish.
There are small scratches, but no large, prominent dings.
The bracelet has almost no sagging, and the case and bracelet are in good condition.
Minor dings and scratches could be removed with a full polish, but to maintain its original condition, it has only received a light polish. If you wish for a full polish, please let us know.
The dial and hands are new, with no scratches or dirt whatsoever.
The screws and crown are also new, and while not highly recommended, I believe a certain level of water resistance is maintained.
