The Tank Louis Cartier is the quintessential model of the Tank series.
This particular model is an LM type produced around the 1970s, equipped with the thin Frédéric Piguet Cal. 21 movement.

This is a rare late-production lot, featuring a guilloché dial. Guilloché dials were only available in later models.

The CPCP Tank Louis Cartier models from the 2000s were based on this design, sharing almost identical dimensions and construction.
The differences lie in the Cal. 21 movement, which in this model lacks the decorative finishing found in later versions, and the guilloché on the dial, which is more deeply engraved and emphasized here.

Compared to the CPCP models, the way the guilloché is applied to the dial and the radial guilloché visible under light reflection are deeper and more beautiful, arguably making this model the ultimate Tank Louis.

The case is in good condition overall, with minimal significant dents or scratches.
It does not show any signs of thinning or rounded edges. As the original condition was excellent, it has been finished with a light polish.

The original guilloché dial is also in excellent condition, with no cracks.
Although there are some minor blemishes, there is no discoloration or cracking, indicating good condition.
There are also no scratches on the glass or hands.

Overall, it is considered to be in very good condition.
The buckle is genuine Cartier, made of 18k YG.

  • Natural mechanical failures occurring within the warranty period will be inspected and repaired in accordance with Ante’s warranty terms.

Complimentary bracelet sizing is available to ensure your watch fits comfortably from the moment it arrives.

Simply include your wrist measurement in the order notes when placing your order. Each bracelet is carefully adjusted after confirming its condition and construction.

If you prefer a leather strap, we are happy to recommend a suitable option based on the age of the watch, buckle style and lug width.

Eligible customers are required to present their original passport and any other documentation required for the tax-free procedure.

International delivery is available at a flat rate of ¥38,000, including shipping and insurance.
