The Must series, released by Cartier in the 1970s, is a masterpiece that made Cartier watches famous.
This black Roman dial LM, which only existed in the hand-wound model at the time of its release, is rarer than the ivory dial, which also comes in quartz, and has an attractive aura.
Unlike other Must models, this model features a distinctive design with a black enamel dial and silver Roman indexes, and the combination of black and silver in a hand-wound Tank is unique to this model.
It is equipped with the Cal-78-1, which is also used in the Louis Cartier and Tank high-end lines, making it a true classic despite being a Must.
There are faint cracks on the dial, almost imperceptible in the photos. Given its age, cracks are common due to the nature of the material, but the condition is relatively clean and not noticeable when worn.
