Bell & Ross is a young brand, founded in 1992, but it has grown into a highly recognized brand in recent years, which is rare.
This Type Demineur is a late 1990s model, and as its name suggests, "TYPE DEMINEUR" means "mine clearance specialist" in French.
It is a professional watch made for French security organizations, featuring high magnetic resistance, a waterproof screw-down crown, an anti-reflective sapphire crystal, and a unidirectional rotating bezel to track elapsed time.
Its case structure is also designed to be non-magnetic, truly living up to its name.
While current Bell & Ross watches are known for their square designs, at the time, the designs and aesthetic were different from current models and had a very distinctive character.
It is a rare model with limited distribution, and it is uncommon to find it in good condition.
