Patek Philippe, a world-renowned manufacture founded in 1839.
The Calatrava, a symbol of the brand, is the pinnacle of dress watches and a rare timepiece that continues to reign as a classic and aspirational item.

The Ref. 3520d is famous as a long-running model among Calatravas, manufactured for a very long period from 1972 to around 2000.
The iconic bezel engraving of the Calatrava series
features a Clous de Paris design, also seen on the 3919 and current 6119 models.

With vintage Cartiers now soaring in price, I believe this vintage Calatrava offers a more affordable option in comparison.
Examining the case construction, dial finish, and movement, it's clear that the quality is exceptionally high. Among watches available in this price range, it offers excellent value for money.

It is equipped with Patek Philippe's proud ultra-thin 1.77mm manual-winding movement, Cal. 177. The size is exquisite, and the 32mm diameter exudes the elegant atmosphere typical of Patek during that era.

The case is in a very beautiful condition, with only minor scratches visible upon close inspection.
The edges are also quite clean, suggesting minimal polishing. It had a very clean finish when acquired, and that finish has been preserved without further polishing.

The dial, hands, and crystal are all clean, with almost no dirt or scratches.
The case back has only minor scratches, which have been left as is to preserve its original condition.

Both the strap and buckle are new, current-type genuine parts. The spring bars are also original.

Before offering a watch for sale, Ante inspects the movement, accuracy, operation and exterior, and carries out the servicing considered necessary for that particular timepiece.

Each watch is provided with an individual warranty period so that it may continue to be enjoyed with confidence after purchase.

Natural mechanical failures occurring within the warranty period will be inspected and repaired in accordance with Ante’s warranty terms.

Complimentary bracelet sizing is available to ensure your watch fits comfortably from the moment it arrives.

Simply include your wrist measurement in the order notes when placing your order. Each bracelet is carefully adjusted after confirming its condition and construction.

If you prefer a leather strap, we are happy to recommend a suitable option based on the age of the watch, buckle style and lug width.
