The Must series, released by Cartier in the 1970s, is a masterpiece that made Cartier watches famous. This black Roman dial LM, which only existed in the hand-wound model at the time of its release, is rarer than the ivory dial, which also exists in quartz, and exudes an attractive atmosphere. Unlike the regular Must, this model features a distinctive design with a black enamel dial and silver Roman indexes, and the combination of a black and silver hand-wound Tank is unique to this model. It is equipped with the Cal-78-1, which is also used in the high-end Louis Cartier and Tank lines, making it a true connoisseur's watch despite being a Must. The dial has slight cracks overall. These are difficult to capture in photographs and are very hard to see with the naked eye.
