The Must series, released by Cartier in the 1970s, is a masterpiece among masterpieces that made Cartier watches famous.
This black Roman dial LM model only existed in the hand-wound versions released at the time and is rarer than the ivory dial, which also has quartz versions, giving it an attractive aura.
Unlike a regular Must, this model features a distinctive design with a black enamel dial and silver Roman numeral indexes, and the combination of black and silver on a hand-wound Tank is unique to this model.
Equipped with the Cal-78-1, also used in the higher-end Louis Cartier Tank, it is a truly authentic piece despite being a Must.
A remarkable feature of this product is the excellent and beautiful condition of its dial.
Most of these black Roman dials have thin cracks or scratches, but this particular piece miraculously has no cracks or scratches.
The original band is also included, making this a rare find in such good condition.
