In terms of condition, there are no noticeable scratches, dirt, or scuffs on the dial, hands, or glass.
The bezel and case have only minor scratches, indicating a very clean condition. (There is a slight scratch on the bezel at the 2 o'clock position, but I believe it is barely noticeable.)
Overall, it is in extremely clean condition, and the dial and hands are remarkably well-preserved, suggesting it can be used without appearing vintage.
The buckle is genuine 18k Audemars Piguet (with AP engraving), and the strap is aftermarket.
