This is a rare IWC Ingenieur IW3508, a stainless steel combination model with a yellow gold bezel and crown.
The Ingenieur is a model designed by Gérald Genta, famous for designing the Nautilus and Royal Oak.
The IW3508 is the strongest anti-magnetic model in Ingenieur history, the model that put the Ingenieur on the world stage.
While current reissue models do have anti-magnetism, they are nowhere near the 44,000 A/m of the reissues compared to the 500,000 A/m of the IW3508.
Despite being a very high-performance model, it was discontinued after only a few years due to the enormous cost incurred with no regard for productivity, resulting in a production number so small that it is unimaginable in modern times.
Models in good condition are definitely disappearing year by year, and their prices are soaring.
The 34mm size is exquisite and easy to wear.
The combination of a gold bezel and a black dial is chic and cool.
Equipped with a Cal.2892-A2 movement, it boasts high anti-magnetism and shock resistance, making it extremely practical.
As for the condition, the dial, hands, and glass have no noticeable scratches or scuffs.
The bezel, case, and bracelet are also in good condition with only minor scratches. (Finished with light polishing.)
All original and overall in good condition. (The shape and edges are also well preserved.)
