The Tank Louis Cartier is the classic of the Tank series.
Its value has continued to rise in recent years, and the scarcity of the LM hand-wound model from around 1970, in particular, has increased.
Among the Louis Cartier collections of the 1970s, this is a rare LM hand-wound model in good condition.
It is a highly valuable item, being a men's size LM and hand-wound, with the original PARIS dial from that time, and absolutely no cracks.
The condition is good, with minor scratches, but overall few major dents or scratches.
There is no thinning of the case or rounding of the shape. The gold engraving on the side also remains.
The glass is also in beautiful condition with no noticeable scratches.
The dial is clean and has no cracks. Most PARIS dials have some cracks, but miraculously, this one has none.
The dial is a slightly ivory color.
The buckle is a genuine Cartier 18k buckle.
The band is aftermarket and has a length of up to 18cm.
It was overhauled at our store in July 2023.
