The Must de Tank was the version of the historically popular Tank Louis released for a wider audience.
This is a rare early Must de Tank, known as a Pre-Must de Tank; more specifically, it is the European-market Pre-Must de Tank, produced in even smaller numbers.
The European specification is fundamentally very similar to the Tank Louis, with the main differences being that the case is vermeil rather than 18k gold, and the dial uses cursive lettering instead of block lettering.
As a result, it does not immediately appear to be a Louis, which contributes to its popularity, but it is an extremely rare piece.
With Louis models currently rising sharply in value, this is a particularly recommended example.

Condition and Warranty
The case has few dents or scratches, and the plating remains well preserved. (The crown alone has become slightly thin.)
To preserve the original plating, it has received very little polishing. There are therefore some scratches, but we believe it remains in good condition.
The dial, hands, and crystal are all clean, and it appears to be in exceptionally good condition for a Pre-Must.
