The Tank Louis Cartier is the quintessential model in the Tank series.
Its value has continued to rise in recent years, with the rare value of the LM manual-wind models, especially those from around 1970, increasing.
This particular piece is quite rare, having undergone a complete service at Cartier and featuring a new PARI dial.
Normally, even with a PARI dial, if the dial is replaced during a Cartier complete service, it is changed to a "Swiss Made" inscription. However, this is a rare item where the PARI dial was retained after replacement.
Although the standards and conditions are unclear, it is undoubtedly a genuine repair with a certificate, so there is no mistake. Such cases seem to occur extremely rarely.
The complete service included the replacement of the glass, dial, screws, and hands, all of which are new.
Since the dial was officially replaced, it is pure white and has no cracks.
Normally, PARIS dials are circulated as vintage pieces from that era, but this one has been changed to a PARIS dial through an official repair.
It underwent official Cartier repair in August 2023.
The completed dial is made of a material that is less prone to cracking, so the PARI dial is in good condition and very suitable for everyday use.
The overall condition is good, with few major dents or scratches. Lightly polished as part of the complete service.
It is rare to find a new PARI dial complete service in this condition.
