A currently Discontinued model named “Diabolo,” meaning a spinning top.
It is an exceptionally rare combination of Manual-Winding, Platinum, and diamonds.
The cabochons on the crown and lugs, which are normally blue, have been replaced with diamonds, creating a subtle statement.
Platinum Manual-Winding models themselves are rare, and this type is so unusual that I have never seen one overseas. It is an exceptionally rare piece.
The Buckle is an original Cartier white-gold piece. The Strap is new and was custom-made by an independent maker.
The movement is Piaget-made, Cal. Piaget 9P2.

Condition and Warranty
The case has some light dents and scratches. To preserve its originality, it has received only a Lightly Polished finish, followed by Rhodium Plating.
Although the scratches could be removed with further polishing, we wanted to retain the original rounded design. They are not particularly noticeable. (If examined closely, there are some scratches around the side of the crown and near the 2 and 6 o’clock positions on the bezel.)
The crystal and dial are free of scratches.
Among Cartier’s iconic Tank Louis collection, this is the thin “Extra-Flat” model—the largest size, XL, within the Extra-Flat line. It is larger than other Cartier models, but its slim profile gives it an elegant presence on the wrist.
The XL model is now Discontinued and is extremely rare, with high collectible value even overseas.
Thin movements are rare in recent Cartier models. Its slim Platinum-Gold case and elegant Cartier design make it easy to wear and comfortable on the wrist.
It also comes with an original 18K Cartier Deployant Buckle and original Cartier Strap (fits a Wrist Size of approximately 18 cm). The lugs are about 1 mm narrower than the Strap, although this is unlikely to be noticeable. (Those who prefer can have a custom Strap made.)
Condition and Warranty
The case has no significant scratches or dents and is in good condition.
To preserve its original condition, it has been finished with a Lightly Polished treatment.
There are small scratches on the case at the 3 and 10 o’clock positions, which have not been removed. Those who are particular about this may wish to consider a refinishing service or Cartier’s Complete Service.
The dial is in exceptionally beautiful condition.
It comes with an original Cartier Strap and an 18K Pink-Gold Buckle.
The Strap shows some wear but is relatively clean and remains fully usable.
