The Must Tank, a historically popular "Tank Louis" model, was released to the general public. This is a quartz Must Tank, not a pre-Must Tank, but it is a rather rare Must Tank LM Champagne without the "Must de" engraving. This is a very rare model that is almost never circulated. (We have confirmed with Cartier that it is authentic. The un-repaired certificate states "Must Tank Champagne," so there is no mistake.) This is not the common ivory dial, but a champagne dial, which is a semi-gloss metallic dial. The dial material is resistant to cracks, making it a suitable watch for everyday use. Above all, the absence of the "Must Tank" engraving, the cursive "Cartier" engraving, and the champagne dial give it a special feel. Also, a distinguishing feature is that the crown type is different from that of the Must Tank with an ivory dial.
