This particular model is an early-to-mid-production Santos Octagon LM with a bracelet, not the early gadroons. It's a rare find, in excellent overall condition, with no cracks on the dial and minimal bracelet sagging.
The Santos Octagon, equipped with the same automatic movement as the Santos Galbée, stands out with its unusual octagonal case for Cartier. Recently, it has been gaining renewed appreciation and attention. It's a must-have for those who appreciate luxury sports watches.
As a vintage item, there are minor scratches on both the case and bracelet. However, polishing has been kept to a minimum to preserve its original charm.
