This is a Cartier Ronde Louis from the 1970s.
It features a very rare, simple bar-index dial design for a Cartier watch.
The dial is a lacquered silver, with gold hands, and "Swiss Made" inscribed at the 6 o'clock position. (Based on the font style and other details, we infer that the "Swiss Made" inscription is original to the period.)
The font style of the serial number indicates that it is a Cartier from the 1970s.
This rare Ronde model symbolizes the history of Cartier. I believe it offers a unique appeal distinct from the Tank models.
Regarding its condition, the case has minor scratches but no significant dents.
The main numbers of the serial are still clearly visible.
The case back has some scratches, but its condition is good considering its age.
