The Tank Louis Cartier is a classic in the Tank series.
In recent years, the LM manual-winding Tank Louis from around 1970 has been highly regarded, but models in good condition are becoming quite rare.

This is an LM Paris dial manual-winding model from the 1980s, a period where good condition pieces are scarce within the Louis Cartier collection.
It's a highly valuable item: an LM men's size, manual-winding, with its original PARIS dial from that era, a white dial with no discoloration, and very few cracks.

The condition is good, with only minor scratches on the case, but overall, it has few major dents or scratches.
It can be described as quite clean.
There is no thinning of the case or rounding of its shape, indicating that it has barely been polished. The gold engraving on the side is also clear.
The glass is also in clean condition with few noticeable scratches.

The dial is a very clean original PARIS dial from that period.
It is a rare dial in extremely good condition, with no discoloration, scratches, or dirt.
There are faint cracks in the corners of the dial at 1-2 o'clock, 4-5 o'clock, and 10-11 o'clock, but they are at a level that is difficult to notice and would likely not be a concern in daily use. (We can send a video if needed, so please contact us if interested.)

This piece can be said to have exceptional condition for both its case and dial.

The buckle is a rare 70s Cartier genuine 18k buckle with an unusual shape.
