Vintage Boucheron has become a highly sought-after item after being featured by HODINKEE in recent years.
We are pleased to present this rare Boucheron Carré Manual-Winding watch.
This special Carré features Clous de Paris engraving on the bezel and dial.
It uses a patented clasp system that is still in use today, allowing the Strap to be attached and detached by sliding it into place. It was unique for its era.
The system offers the benefit of allowing the watch to be put on and removed elegantly, while providing excellent comfort because the clasp does not sit around the wrist.
The crystal is also original, and it is particularly pleasing that there are no significant scratches or dents on the dial or the Clous de Paris engraving on the case.

Condition and Warranty
The case has minor scratches but no significant dents.
It is essentially unpolished, and the case is exceptionally clean considering its Era.
The caseback has minor scratches, but the engravings and lettering remain clear. It has been left untouched to preserve its originality.
The dial and hands have some scratches and light soiling, but are exceptionally clean considering their Era.
The crystal also has a few light scratches but is overall very clean.
There are no other particularly noticeable issues, and the watch has not been polished in order to preserve its original condition.
Overall, it is in good condition considering its Era.
The Strap is an original Strap made by our store.
It measures 18 cm, but we can make it to order if that size does not fit. (Because the clasp attachment and removal system is unusual, we recommend ordering a size at least 0.5 cm larger than usual.)
A different material can also be ordered separately upon request.
