We are pleased to introduce this 1970s Piaget tank-style model, commonly known as the Piaget Tank.
It was not produced in particularly large numbers, and as expected of a Piaget, both the case and movement are of excellent quality.
It is an exceptional piece for its price range and comes highly recommended.
Piaget is known for mastering the art of creating ultra-thin watches, and as you may know, “Piaget movements” were used in vintage Cartier models.
This model has become increasingly popular in recent years because it allows you to enjoy a Tank model equipped with a Piaget movement at an accessible price.
What makes this model especially striking is the bark pattern applied to the case and dial.
It is a playful design typical of Piaget, while the applied bar indexes and hands also feature a three-dimensional construction, giving the watch a distinctly luxurious appearance.
This is a high-end 1970s model equipped with Piaget’s caliber 9P movement.
Its proportions are also close to those of the Tank Louis LM and standard-size Tank models.
It is highly versatile and offers a luxurious presence.
The Strap and Buckle are original to the period.
