Q. This is my first visit. Do I need a reservation?
You may view the products displayed in the cases on the day without a reservation. If there is an online-listed product you would like to see in person, please submit a product request in advance.

Q. Can I purchase and take it home on the day?
You can purchase it on the day. If no Wrist Size adjustment or other work is needed, you can take it home immediately. If adjustments are required, our staff will explain the collection or delivery options.

Q. Where can I inquire about repairs after purchase?
In addition to sending repairs to our store, you may also consult an authorized brand retailer or a local watch shop. Whether a request can be accepted and the details of the repair will depend on the service provider and the condition of the product. If you would like to request a repair through our store, please contact us before sending it.

Q. Will the event be crowded?
The event is often busy, particularly immediately after opening, when many customers visit for specific products. Products will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend visiting early if you have your eye on a particular item.
Even with a visit reservation, you may need to wait depending on how busy we are.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and credit cards (single payment only). Please contact us regarding combined payment options.
Shopping loans may be unavailable depending on how busy we are that day. Please contact us in advance if you would like to use one.

Q. Can I change the color of the Leather Strap?
They can be changed by purchasing a Strap separately. As replacement Straps will not be in stock on the day, we will ship the watch to you after fitting the new Strap at a later date.

Q. Do you offer products other than watches?
We plan to offer Cartier Trinity rings, as well as Trinity necklaces introduced exclusively in Osaka. Ring prices vary depending on the size and design. If you would like to know the price in advance, please let our staff know your desired ring size.
